SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All garments, accessories and jewellery are made strictly to order. Please allow up to 5-7 weeks for all bespoke pieces to be produced, although we will always endeavour to have the piece as soon as readily available.
Shipping is fulfilled via DHL and available worldwide. Deliveries are sent between Monday & Friday (9am-5pm). Shipping times may vary depending on location. Jonathan Rayson can not take responsibility for any delays which may occur due to local customs clearance or payment transaction.
After the order is placed, customer will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging their purchase. Once order is shipped, customer will be notified and provided with a tracking number.
Once the order is processed, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel it and you may only return in the unlikely event of a defective or damaged product.
All import duties and taxes charged by the destination country will not be included at checkout for all orders outside of the U.K and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and the time it takes to clear customs, as this varies significantly from country to country. We ask you to contact your local customs office for more information about potential duties and taxes prior to placing your order, to avoid unanticipated fees.
By law, we must display the full product price on the package and cannot amend it to decrease the resulting duties and taxes. If you refuse to accept the order, you are responsible for original delivery charges and any duties and taxes incurred on the order.
